Friday’s Fast and Furious

Friday morning came very early.  I had PT at 7:30.  It was -18º in town (without figuring wind chill)  This is the last appointment before I go see the Dr., so my physical therapist and I are both anxiously awaiting the new instructions from him.

Then I headed over to the hospital for some bloodwork.  Time to check the thyroid levels again.   It would be so nice to get that back to normal.  It’s been 2 years of constantly changing medicines and dosages and I am over it.

One thing about leaving early, I got to see the huge elk herd that has come down from the mountain.  This is just a portion of the herd.

I tried to zoom in so you could actually tell they were elk, but the result was blurry.

I love to see the snow when there are no footprints….

And there’s nothing better than finally seeing a blue sky.

Durango decided to soak up that blue sky too.

I have several things I need to accomplish this weekend.  So I’ve started a list.  Are you a list person?  I make lists for everything.  When I’m getting read for a trip, the first thing I do is make a list of the lists I need to make.  You know:  things to pack, things to buy, things to do before leaving, etc. etc.

A list I’ve never made:

This is actually a weekend where we are both home all weekend so we’ll try to get a bunch done.

This is so me:

I actually had to order a new coffeemaker today.  I’ve worn it out!   Amazon 2-day shipping.

I hope this will be a fun Super Bowl weekend for you.

One step at a time,

Anne
