Ahhhh Valentine’s Day, do you love it or hate it? I think it changes according to how your life is at the time, right? But you can make it your day – do something that makes you happy, do something for someone else, call or write someone you haven’t heard from in a long time. Make it a memorable day for YOU.
Today was like Groundhog day – a repeat of yesterday’s weather. So indoors is where we stayed. I did some Yoga exercises because I know they are good for you, but for some reason I just don’t enjoy it. Maybe I just don’t relax, I want some action and sweat!
So in addition I have been doing strength training these last days. I totally believe it makes me a stronger runner.

Valentine’s Day run for chocolate lovers
Chocolate lovers celebrated Valentine’s Day with a run in Knoxville. After they finished the race, runners got some chocolate covered rewards including strawberries and marshmallows.
