Hello

IHi, I started this blog to talk about running as I get older (and older!).  The training, the injuries, the laughs, the groans and everything else that comes with running.  But there is so much more!  I will tell you about being a retired Detective, a motorcycle rider, a dog lover, and a horse owner/lover.  After growing up in upstate New York, spending my career and raising 3 amazing kids in North Carolina, 6 years in Wyoming and now living and lovinng the Oregon Coast.
