A Little Bit of This and A Little Bit of That

Seven miles this morning. It didn't feel great but miles 5-7 felt better than the first 4. And of course I get to see this:

The dogs have been especially clingy since I got home and I believe I heard them say that they need a long run, too. So off we went to their favorite place.

We also took a side trail to the beach.

AND.....they're off!

I got a package from Amazon. Gus loved it.

Meanwhile, Patient Husband, is on a retirement celebration motorcycle ride. As you can see, he is having a hard time enjoying himself because he is missing me so much.....

I was anxious to get to the barn and see Durango once I was home. Just before I left on my trip, he was kicked hard and wouldn't put weight on his leg. He is doing much better. He was especially happy after a brushing and shave.

When your neighbors just HAVE to know what's going on.....

I never thought of this, but it is so true!!

Isn't this pretty? Now a running trail goes through it!

And now that we are really getting into spring and beautiful weather, let's make this one heck of a year.
