Could we just find a Restart button for 2020? I don't know about you, but I would press it immediately and maybe several times. For now, let's just say my world has been like a tornado and I'm trying hard to land on my feet.

But I'll get to that eventually. Meanwhile I've been acting like a blogger even though I haven't been posting. Taking pictures of anything and everything that is unique, unusual or makes me laugh.

Well, maybe not quite this funny..

I am so happy to have the longer days and of course the warmer temps. Everything is more fun in the warmth.

Durango is now spending lots of time out in the sun and mud. Sometimes disguising himself well enough that the barn family don't recognize him. It's been so long since his mane and tail is it's original white/white, I may need to do the bleaching in several processes.

I'm doing more running but less long distances. I'm working to get my breathing and strength back up to where it used to be. I really got myself worn down at the end of last year. It feels good to just go and run however long feels good.

I always follow the law:

Taking 3 dogs with me always leads to an adventure. Once they ran waaay ahead. Pretty sure they may have gone that-a-way.

Of course I always need to take pics of my views. This one from Cannon Beach.

I'm not sure if I always want to take pictures of the ocean/beach because it's so beautiful or if it's because I've only lived on the coast now for 2 years. Or maybe it is both.

This new Grandaughter-to-be, Madeline, is making all her own rules. Twice she has taken her parents to the hospital (2 hours away) only to say "never mind!" or "Just kidding!" One of those times, we camped out at my sister's house over a long weekend to be closer to the hospital. Nothing happened, but we had a great visit.

This is Amanda and my sister, Marcia walking to the beach. Note Haystack Rock in the distance.

Finn and Daddy - twinsies.

One visit they stayed overnight at a hotel. Finn thinks this is just fine.

Baby Madeline is already a great helper in holding up the phone.....

Here is Finn on the bench, waiting for his turn at pretend baseball.

Batter Up!

This means 1) I've never loved you more but are you going to eat all of that?

or 2) If you don't get off the couch and go for a run, I'll go out of my mind; or

3) Can we cuddle?

Gus likes to steal something out of Finn's overnight bag and sleep with it.

Tomorrow is D-day. (Delivery day), so I'll be sending out Madeline pictures! Hurray - finally!

And now with chaos in my personal life and maybe yours, and chaos in all of our lives with the corona-virus, let's just take

I spent last Thursday and Friday worrying about Gus. Non.stop.vomiting. Oh yea. A trip to the vet on Thursday and then again on Friday because he wouldn't eat. As I listened to the vet's directions, I kept thinking "but I leave tomorrow on a trip!" He ended up staying the night at the vet.

Saturday morning, my SIL Joe and Finn drove me to the airport only to go back and pick up Gus from the Vet!

Yes, this was my view at the Portland airport. No surprises here.

So glad I got a window seat.

As long as I have my necessities: Coffee and airpods.

I considered this..... but didn't want anyone confusing me with a surgeon....

It was a long flight so we got TWO drinks, but only one snack, I guess they don't want us filling up on those 3 pretzels.

Changed planes in Boston. I think this was my first time at Logan airport.

Not thrilled to drive at night with snow on the roads again. But getting to see my son and his family made it so worth it!

Quite a different view, don't ya think?

The next day, Joey and Sarah left for Budapest(!) and gave the kids last minute directions like 'help Nana', and 'don't make Nana work'. Sounded good to me. :)

Ahnika (almost 6) said first things first. We must paint Nana's nails.

She has a very unique technique. Sideways, up and down, and sometimes around in a circle. Voila! Sparkles!

Let the games begin! First, TWISTER! Surprise! Nana wins.

They told me that it wasn't fair because I pushed them. Geez these must be new rules.

It's really cold here. Like really cold. But Monday I decided to brave it. I donned fleece lined tights, warm shirt and sweatshirt, gloves, and headband and out I went.

I actually survived 3 miles with only one "Whoa!" as I slipped, but did not fall.

Just a random thing that made me laugh.

Only a runner would understand why we need to read this article. Note that they are "Expert" tips.

8 Expert Tips on How to Avoid Pooping During a Race

Tomorrow? Into town for a movie. But for tonight it's tenderloin for dinner. Yep Nana cooked. Then showers and then it's MOVIE NIGHT!! We are stocked up on popcorn and apples.

Like the rest of the country, we have been having days and days of rain. Sideways rain, non-stop rain, misty rain and occasional thick rain (you may call this sleet). The dogs are getting incredibly restless.

When even the dogs have cabin fever:

Gus could care less that we are getting soaked.

Nice weather for ducks........or seagulls

For a moment, the rain stopped so we hit the trails.

When the trail starts out beautiful:

but ends up like this... up,up, and up

When the trail goes anywhere near water:

Even in February, this happens:

When you have trails, water and dogs:

Luckily the temps are always nice and mild, so I can head solo to the ocean.

Wait, what?

When even the socks are adorable:

There was a fantastic shower for Finn's future (one more month) baby sister:

When you are helping Mom open presents but you have to be in disguise because the paparazzi can be annoying.

When your sister comes to visit and you have to share the good stuff:

When you campaign for your Mommy:

When barn chores, campaigning, and being so cute finally takes its toll:

Have a great Sunday and enjoy the day.
